Three things I do often enough to quote confidently. If your problem is adjacent to one of these, describe it anyway — I would rather tell you it is not a fit than take work I cannot do well.
from $120

Your app is finished but Google keeps rejecting it, or the release process has stalled. I find the actual cause and get you to production.

Ads or subscriptions added to an existing Flutter or Android app, wired up correctly — including the parts that only break in production.

Prices are starting points for well-defined work. Larger or open-ended projects are quoted after a scoping conversation, or billed hourly.
Proof
Not a portfolio of tutorials. Each case study covers the constraints, the decisions and what actually came out.
Email me what you have and what is wrong with it. Screenshots of errors or rejection notices are worth more than a long description.
Usually within a day: what I will do, what I will not, what it costs, and how long it takes. If it is not something I should take on, I will say so.
Larger work is split into milestones, with the first one deliberately small. You see real output before committing to the rest.
Source, a build you can run, and written notes on how it fits together — so the next change does not have to come through me.
Most of the time, yes — that is the majority of the work. Send me the repository or a build and I will tell you what shape it is in before quoting.
Yes, the same way I use a compiler, a debugger or a linter — and I would be suspicious of any developer in 2026 who claims otherwise. What does not change is who is accountable: I read every line that ships, run it against the real thing, and fix it when it breaks. You are paying for working software and someone who can explain and maintain it, not for a particular keystroke count. If your project requires that no AI assistance is used at any stage, say so up front and I will tell you honestly whether I can take it.
I tell you as soon as I know, with the revised scope and price, before doing the extra work. Fixed price means fixed — I do not invoice surprises.
I am in GMT+7. In practice that means overlap with Asia and Australia during the day, and with Europe in my evening. I reply to messages within a working day regardless.
No. Fixed price or hourly only.
Include the error message, the rejection notice, or a link to the app. The more specific you are, the more useful my first reply will be.
Send an EmailReplies within one working day. GMT+7.
